PRINT MANAGEMENT/BUYING
I will manage your project right the way through to completion – from initial design briefing or from print ready artwork, whichever you prefer – ensuring that the artwork is correct and co-ordinating translations and secondary artworks as required. You’ll receive the benefit of extensive print procurement knowledge to ensure the best approach for your project and be supplied with complete specifications and costings. And I’ll spend as much time as necessary with the printers ensuring that only the best quality print job results.
COPYWRITING and PHOTOGRAPHY
I will help with writing or editing copy, proofreading – or even a bit of technical authoring. I’ll also co-ordinate photography and retouching if you don’t already have your images to hand.
PACKAGING/DISPLAY/P.O.S.
We will undertake the development of multi-language, printed product packaging, instruction booklets and hang-sell packaging and, working with designers and display specialists, develop and procure powerful point-of-purchase programmes to present your product.
ON-LINE/OFF-LINE RESOURCES
I can manage the development of printed or on-line, service, training, graphics and display manuals along with photographic and digital artwork libraries, undertake the digital formatting and creation of photo-CDs and assist you in the development of web and intranet sites.
PROJECT and BUDGET MANAGEMENT
All work includes detailed planning, briefing of design agencies, printers, P.O.S. production houses and other relevant suppliers, co-ordination and time management of multiple projects, supplier negotiations, presentations and relevant communications. I’ll also advise on the control and administration of substantial project development and production budgets, project costing, forecasting, analysis and reconciliation. |
